Welcome to MDVSA. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MDVSA website, online store, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
MDVSA is operated by MEDVSA LLC. Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
By visiting our website, purchasing from us, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use our Services.

Shipping and delivery times provided by MDVSA are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, production schedule, order volume, weather, customs processing, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be subject to the carrier’s operations and policies.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

All MDVSA branding, logos, graphics, artwork, designs, photographs, product designs, slogans, text, website content, and other original materials displayed through our Services are owned by or licensed to MDVSA/MEDVSA LLC unless otherwise stated.
These materials may be protected by applicable trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, republish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our protected content without prior written permission.
MDVSA names, logos, product names, collection names, artwork, designs, and slogans may not be used in connection with another business, product, or service without authorization.
Shopify and other third-party names, logos, and services remain the property of their respective owners.

We may provide access to tools, applications, integrations, or services provided by third parties.
We do not necessarily monitor or control these third-party services.
Access to third-party tools may be provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsements from MDVSA.
Your use of third-party tools is at your own discretion and may also be governed by the third party’s terms and policies.

MDVSA is not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, availability, policies, products, or services provided by third-party websites.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
MDVSA uses Shopify to operate portions of its online store and e-commerce Services.
Purchases made through the MDVSA store are transactions between you and MDVSA/MEDVSA LLC.
Shopify provides technology and infrastructure supporting the store but is not the seller of MDVSA merchandise.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY
Personal information collected through our Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Shopify and other service providers may also process certain information necessary to provide our Services, process transactions, prevent fraud, operate the website, and provide other functionality.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
